As a Black Friday special, I have coupons for a free loaf of gluten free Silver Hills Bakery bread.
Certified Gluten Free, Organic, and Non-GMO. High in fibre (+5g per slice!) and vegan (contains no eggs/dairy/animal products).
I have to admit that my family tried the bread and it did not go over so well for the kids. It is a healthy hardy slice of bread that definitely needs to be toasted.
I normally don't promote things on this blog that my family doesn't like, but this is such a healthy gluten free bread that I wanted to let those of you who are looking for a healthy gluten free alternative to know about it. I actually wish my family would of liked it because this is the kind of bread I would like them to eat.
