Just add pumpkin and you have the perfect fall treat. They are unbelieveably good. Alyssa took some to school recently and a non-gluten free mom emailed to ask for the recipe. I told her it was a GF mix and they liked them so much they went and bought the mix and made the bars. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting for an extra special treat.
