I don't know what it is like in your household, but fall is straight on crazy at our house.
This is how my kids felt on the first day of school. I think we need to have summers that are not so fun!
Not only the adjustment to being back to school, but it is the one season when all three of my kids are playing sports. My youngest son plays football and the two older girls play volleyball. While my days may be freer, the time period from 3:00 to 10:00 pm is chaotic running three kids to practices, games etc.
Before going gluten free (b.g.f.), dinner was resolved too frequently with the drive through option. Now that most of those options have been eliminated and we simply care more about what we eat, the fall is a time of quick and easy dinners at our house that can be kept warm and served as various members of the family wonder in from their activities.
Last week, we had the pleasure of whipping up a teriyaki stir fry with a sample of One Bite Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce. Easy, quick, simple, delicious - adjectives that are fiting well into my busy fall.

A little info about One Bite:
In 2006, One Bite (current name in Kansas City Missouri: SAMA ZAMA) was opened to bring modern every-day Japanese food to the Midwest. One Bite has become successful by using the freshest ingredients, cooking everything with care, and always thinking of the customer first.
One Bite has introduced a line of One Bite signature sauces based on the owner, Erika Koike’s family recipes from Japan. The sauces are unique, versatile and easy to cook with. Because the sauces are made from scratch, the flavors are concentrated, fresh and tasty, and have a clean after-taste. Most importantly, the sauces are very low in sodium and contain no MSG.
Yes, they are really Gluten Free
In addition to the teriyaki sauce, One Bite makes a gluten free Mogu Mogu sauce that can be served hot or cold. I used it for salad dressing and loved it! It provides that creamy dressing taste that I sometimes miss on my dairy free diet!
And yes, they are all really gluten free! One Bite had the sauces independently tested to ensure they are GF!
