We celebrated the end of our school year with a gluten free dinner at Razzis Pizzeria in Seattle. Where else can you get gluten free pitas, grinders, pizza, spagetti and beer?
We talked with the owner and they are making everything on site now in a special gluten free kitchen. They have gone even father than gluten free to eliminate dairy, soy and even yeast in some breads.

We washed it down with Gluten Free Beer! I am honestly not much of a beer drinker, but I really liked this New Planet Raspberry Ale. It was light and refreshing. A good summer beer.
