The workshop will be led by Bastyr clinical supervisor Kelly Morrow, MS, RD, CD, along with advanced-level nutrition students. They will discuss the difference between an allergy and an intolerance, talk about many different grains and other food options, and offer resources, tips and recipes for people who are trying to reduce or eliminate gluten from their diet.
