NFCA - Blogger of the Day

May is Celiac Awareness Month and The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) is running a Blogger a Day feature on their website!

I am the "Blogger of the Day" over at the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness website today!

 I first became aware of the NFCA when I was consulting with Savory Moment to help them transition to offering gluten free food.  At that point in time, a representative from NFCA actually helped train Savory Moment employees about how to produce gluten free products.

GREAT BUSINESS ASSOCIATION

A Gluten-Free Resource Education and Awareness Training (GREAT) initiative, the GREAT Business Association is a national non-profit trade association and registry of gluten-free products.

GREAT Business Association members agree to use good manufacturing practices to investigate ingredients, test products and label properly to keep gluten-free consumers safe and satisfied.
