- My good friend Jules of Jules Gluten Free All Purpose Flour has a special offer for my readers.
Jules has just released her CookiE Book - an 18 page e-cookbook featuring 11 cookie recipes your friends and family will love, including: Chocolate Chip Graham Crackers Gingerbread Linzertorte Oatmeal Raisin Peanut Butter Peanut Butter and Jelly Pecan Snowball Filled Raisin Snickerdoodles Vanilla Wafers.
As Jules explained:
Every cookie I bake is gluten free...but most of the people who end up eating them don't have to eat gluten free. Yet everyone RAVES about my Snickerdoodles, they say my Chocolate Chip cookies are better than "normal" ones, and my Sugar Cookies test even the most disciplined eater's ability to stop at just one. And the icing on the cake (cookie)?: my cookies generally have less sugar, less fat and cost less than pre-packaged ones.
The real reason, though, that people love my cookies is that they're all based on traditional cookie recipes; they're NOT gluten-free creations. There's a difference, and the uncompromised taste is obvious.
To impart my cookie-baking secrets, and in response to the many, many requests I get, I've created a new cookie e-book.
For a limited time (until May 5th), get Jules new CookiE-book FREE! Simply click the link below and enter coupon code cookie6 (case sensitive) when you check out.
All of the recipes feature Jules wonderful All Purpose Flour!!

- PCC endorsed for Gluten Free by GIG
PCC has been endorsed as a gluten-free retailer by the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America - this makes PCC the first in the nation to earn this distinction.
To earn this endorsement, PCC conducted staff trainings and implemented a system to identify gluten-free products in theirstores. They are currently carrying about 2,000 gluten free labeled products. Even better yet, many of these products will be on-sale the month of May in honor of Gluten-Free Month.
To find GF items in the aisles, look for the orange shelf tags or check the link below for their GF database.
Just today I was actually shopping at the PCC on Avondale. When we first went GF I never thought I would buy bread in the bread aisles again, much less bagels. But there they were today - Udi bread and bagels at the top of the bread rack! I was thrilled and the bagels are fabulous.
Love you PCC!!
